About me

Now that you have received your IRS approval, you can prepare the minutes of your first "official" board of directors meeting.  This form is contained on the NOLO CDrom and can easily be edited and saved to fit your corporation.  Line by line directions are found under chapter 9 of the NOLO book, section C.  Prepare the minutes by filling in the applicable blanks, deleting those areas that do not apply to your organization.   Have your board of directors sign the finished document.
