FILE YOUR STATE INCORPORATION PAPERS
You are now ready to file your Articles of Incorporation (and Bylaws if required) with your secretary of state.  Some states even allow you to file your articles online.  The NOLO book includes current information for your states incorporation procedures.  Incorporation fees are usually minimal and in some cases you may receive your state approval within 24 hours.    Again, follow the directions in the NOLO book, chapter 6, section D.
