After you have been contacted for enrollment, please complete the following ANNUAL forms by the required due date each spring.  All forms are submitted to the treasurer (Stephanie) along with the registration fees due.

 

Your annual curriculum outlines combined with on-campus academic instruction demonstrate that widely accepted core concepts for each grade level are met.  As a private school cooperative, students are receiving regular academic instruction by persons capable of teaching, providing a course of training similar to that given in a public school at or below the twelfth grade.
