Yee haw! Saturday, October 29th is our annual Harvest Party and square dance event, and YOU are invited to attend. The location for this year's event will again be the lovely Cramer Lake.
The square dance will be held outside and we will be dancing, eating and laughing together. The menu is simpler this year with each family bringing a platter of fried chicken, a basket of biscuits, a side dish of your choosing, and a dessert to share. We will provide the lemonade, iced tea, and coffee.
There will be NO swimming or boating during the dancing portion of our day. We will have an expert caller and a live band leading the square dancing. We encourage you to dress for the part! This means country skirts for the gals (at or below the knees please) and denim pants with flannel shirts for the guys. Overalls are also acceptable. A straw hat or bandana for the neck would be great too!
The Harvest party is an all day event. The time is from 2pm to 8pm. RSVP is required by October 15th with total number of participants. The fee per family is $ and will go toward the dance caller and band. In addition, a love offering for the Cramer family will be taken to show our appreciation for the use of the grounds.
