Insurance Protection
If you need insurance for your team to use a facility,
schedule fields OR to play other teams here is some important information on two available options:
The company our local teams are currently using is USSFA.
The phone number is 317-357-8908. The process is simple and you should start early because
it takes several weeks to process your request. Fees are as follows:
- 20.00 to open an account for your organization/team
- 10.00 if you need a copy of a "certificate of insurance" in order to use your facility
- 10.00 each for the yearly insurance fee per player/coach
The policy runs from August to August each year. If your "students" play on more
than one sport they need only pay once for the school year. You can also use USSFA insurance
for tournaments and special events.

for Homeschool Teams and Groups
(August 30th) : Update!
Insurance coverage expanded to cover Cheerleading squads
(with limitations), Golf and Swimming Teams
(August 15th) : This week, the Homeschool SportsNet will sign a master Sports Insurance
Policy offering medical and liability insurance for those that participate in homeschool sports. Even football is covered!
Any interested team must first become an HSPN member for only $10 annually. (Forms will be available on-line soon)

- Accident coverage is through QBE Insurance (A rated)
- $25,000 Accident Medical Excess
- $100 Deductible
- $10,000 AD&D
General Liability Coverage (non-fotball):
- $2 ,000,000 General Aggregate
- $1,000,000 Each Occurrence
- $100,000 Fire
- $10,000 AD&D
- $500 Deductible
General Liability Coverage (non-football):
- through Capitol Specialty (A rated)
- $2,000,000 General Aggregate
- $1,000,000 Each Occurrence
- $100,000 Fire
- $10,000 AD&D
- $500 Deductible
General Liability Coverage (football):
- through American Alternative (A rated)
- $2,000,000 General Aggregate
- $1,000,000 Each Occurrence
- $100,000 Fire
- $0 Medical (Spectator)
- $0 Deductible
- Waiver and Release forms must be used
Rates : Baseball, Basketball, Softball, Soccer, Tennis, Track, Volleyball, Cheerleading, Golf, Swimming
$8.00 Anually per player * must meet minimum premium of $125
Rates : Football
$21.00 Anually per player * subject to a $700 minimum premium per team
A processing fee of $25 per policy is also required.
