-Take GARDEN STATE PARKWAY to exit number 25- toward OCEAN CITY/MARMORA
-Turn RIGHT at the traffic light at the end of the ramp onto ROOSEVELT BLVD/CR-623.
-Turn LEFT at the next traffic light onto Route 9 south (Wendy's/Mobil)
-Go to mile marker post 26.5 and turn RIGHT into "Oak Forest Estates" at the sign.
-Make a right at the "T" in the road.
-Take the next LEFT onto BLACK OAK DR.

DIRECTIONS COMING FROM THE SOUTH
-Take Parkway North to exit number 20 - Seaville/Tuckahoe Exit
-Turn RIGHT at the end of the exit ramp onto Route 9 North and go about 2.7 miles
-Turn LEFT at the "Oak Forest Estates" sign onto WHITE OAK DR. (this is just past the "Jed's Sheds" sign)
-Make a right at the "T" in the road.
-Take the next LEFT onto BLACK OAK DR.
